image usage

All my photographic images are subject to copyright . You may not sell, publish, license or otherwise distribute any of these photographs without my written permission.

In many cases, with the full consent and participation of the subject, permission will be granted and images made available for print or web usage. All and any fees will be split equally between myself and the subject (and original client if from a 3rd party assignment).

All images, whether used in print or online, unless by prior and separate agreement, must be credited 'Alan M Robertson'. Where a fee has been negotiated and the photographer credit is missing or incorrect, a 20% surcharge will apply on the agreed fee to cover lost PR value.
