Nick Hug Tribute
Gosport Waterfront Festival 2006

Nick Hug was a a great musician, friend and inspiration who sadly died of leukemia in 2006. I had the privilege to play with him in 'Deaf Boy Hug and the Hearing Aids' in the 80s and also occasionally times in the 00s as a guest or dep in 'Something for the Weekend'.

These pics are from the tribute set performed at the Gosport Festival, with contributions from many of the people who had shared the stage with Nick. At the end of the night, many more, plus friends and family took to the stage for the finale 'Knocking on Heaven's Door'. Unfortunately, time constraints cut the last number .. a special request 'When I'm Dead and Gone'.
